Is your hostel located in the city centre?Yes, our hostel is located in the city centre of Birmingham. We are only four streets away from the Bullring Shopping Centre and a two minute walk from Birmingham’s Digbeth Coach Station, the coach station where all National Express Buses arrive. We are also a ten minute walk from the Mega Bus drop off point in Birmingham’s city centre. What is building 2 and where is it?Building 2 is our second building that houses additional accommodation. Room 6 through 9 are located here. The building is located in a building around the corner above a pub. The common area for both buildings is located in our main building along with the kitchen facilities and WI-FI access. If you are in building 2 you still have access to all the facilities in our main building, your bed is simply in another building. What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in is from 2pm through to 12am at the latest. If you need to arrive outside these times, please let us know so we are expecting you. We won’t be able to let you into your room before 2pm because we need time to clean the rooms, but you are more than welcome to drop off your belongings and head off to the city while you wait. Check-out is at 11am, and you must take your things out of the room by this time so we may begin to clean the beds and rooms. If you need to leave your belongings with us until you meet your train or bus, that’s not a problem. How does your cancellation policy work? The policy is based on how you book with us. If you book online using our website we have a 72 hour cancellation policy (this is 72 hours prior to our 2pm check in time). If you do not inform us of your cancellation, you will be charged full cost of your stay. If you book with us over the phone, we require 72 hour notice for cancellations (this is 72 hours before our 2pm check in time), or the full amount will be charged. For group bookings which are composed of six or more people, we require two week’s notice for cancellations (this is 2 weeks from our 2pm check in time.) These policies are in place so that we do not lose bookings for saving beds for people who do not show up. Please send an email for all cancellations so we have a record of your cancellation. This is to protect you as well as us. If you book with us using a booking agent, cancellation is subject to their policies and will be enforced accordingly. But if you need to cancel after the cancelation time please do let us know still as we can then try to re sell the beds so we do not have to charge you. Can I get my deposit back if I cancel my booking?Unfortunately, we are not the ones who receive your deposit. Therefore if you cancel your booking, you will need to contact the booking agent regarding your deposit. Do you take group bookings?Yes, for group bookings please call Do you offer breakfast?Yes, we offer a free complimentary light breakfast of tea, coffee, toast, breakfast spreads and fresh fruit. Some rooms don’t have showers in them so shower and toilet facilities are in a separate room. Do you have a lock out?No, we currently don’t operate a curfew.
